Rental Agreement.
All rentals are to be paid for, in full, before or at the time of pick up or delivery. We accept cash, check, or card payment through an invoice sent to your email.
The items being rented may not be removed or delivered more than one day before the rental dates, and must be returned no more than one day after the rental dates. Any item returned later than one day beyond the return date will be charged the full amount of the rental for the extra day.
Any rental requiring delivery can be delivered to a house, building, or yard that is easily accessible and within 25 feet of our trailer parked in the driveway. The rental must be stacked back in the delivery location and parking must be accessible when we return to pick up the rental.
All rentals must be returned in the same condition as when taken, clean and neat. Any tape or stickers used on the item must be completely removed prior to being returned. If you find any rented item needing attention, please so advise prior to taking the item for the occasion.
Any items not returned, lost, or returned damaged beyond repair will incur a fee of 50% of the current replacement cost.
If you need to change, reschedule, or cancel your rental for any reason, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can make those items available for other people. There is no fee for changing, rescheduling, or canceling your rental.

If you find the same items we are renting advertised available from a local competitor for a lower price, we will beat their price by 10% for you if you show us the advertisement.
